News Coverage & Strategic Marketing Raises Local Brand Awareness

Jester King Brewery, a world-renowned craft brewery, came to Bloom looking to increase brand awareness and foot traffic from customers in the Greater Austin area.

We executed a pandemic-specific cross-channel marketing and PR campaign aimed at raising the local brand awareness of Jester King’s revised offerings due to COVID-19, successfully driving traffic to the website and brewery. Moving from pandemic mode to the “new normal”, we leveraged Jester King’s updated business model to continue increasing foot traffic to the brewery for socially distant, in-person dining and continued curbside pickup. Innovative marketing and PR efforts continue to garner visibility and increase traffic to the brewery.

Additionally, we identified the opportunity to rebrand The Hall at Jester King, a private event venue, with a new look and feel. Bloom helped create The Hall’s brand guidelines and several pieces of marketing collateral, including social media graphics, email newsletters, brochures, and event signage.
