An introvert at heart, Melanie may be quiet, but the wheels are always turning. With more than 25 years under her belt at both small boutique agencies and behemoth national agencies, Melanie’s vast experience enables her to ask the right questions, regardless if its for marketing strategy development, creative ideation, project management, or team building. 

Since starting at Bloom during the start of the pandemic, Melanie has jumped headfirst into nearly every aspect of Bloom’s service offerings. Now, she dives into a new project: Taking on the role of Bloom’s first-ever Project Supervisor. As project supervisor, Melanie will be responsible for creating best practices for the agency as it relates to project schedules, scope, hours utilization, and overall project management. Additionally, she will be leading the tasks and schedules for projects and teams, while providing oversight for all client accounts.
