Location: Remote, Texas-based
Reports To: Executive Leadership
Department: Project Management / Client Services
Employment Type: Contract, Hourly, Part-Time with potential to become Full-Time
Exempt/Nonexempt: Nonexempt
Position Summary
At Bloom Communications, our Project Manager is the person who ensures ideas don’t just stay ideas, they become impact.
This is a coordination and leadership role that ensures the right people are doing the right things at the right time. You’ll serve as the steady pulse behind our digital marketing projects, keeping campaigns aligned, deliverables on time, and communication flowing between clients and teams.
You’ll manage schedules, organize reporting, and stay five steps ahead, with a knack for anticipating what’s needed before it’s asked for. You’ll support senior leadership, help build structure where there’s ambiguity, and keep our mission-driven clients on track to see real results.
If you love creating clarity, building momentum, and helping teams do their best work, this role is built for you.
Attitude of the Team Member
You’re the kind of person who sees the invisible threads. While others hear “we need this done,” you already see the 10 steps it will take to make it happen, the five things that need to happen today, and a plan B tucked in your back pocket just in case.
You are the glue that keeps projects (and people) connected and moving. You care so deeply about the result that no amount of follow-up feels annoying, because you know that progress requires persistence. You have a gift for adapting your communication to meet people where they are, not to shape-shift, but because you intuitively understand people and what helps them take action.
Some call you a chameleon. Others might say you’re the MacGyver of marketing momentum, a multi-tool in motion. Resourceful and steady, you don’t wait for things to break before fixing them; you prevent the break in the first place.
You thrive in clarity but are unshaken by chaos. You’re passionate about impact, serious about deadlines, and proud of the quiet power you bring to a creative, purpose-driven team.
