This role brings deep expertise in paid media strategy, digital campaign performance, and platform optimization, helping Bloom and its clients translate strategic direction into well-executed digital campaigns.
This is a strategic partnership role, not a traditional employee position. The partner operates and collaborates with Bloom as the digital marketing subject-matter expert within our ecosystem.
Working alongside Bloom’s leadership and client strategy teams, this partner designs and manages paid media strategies across key platforms, including Google Ads, Google Ad Grants, Meta, and LinkedIn, ensuring campaigns align with organizational goals and deliver measurable results.
As Bloom grows, this partnership is designed to scale. The Digital Marketing Partner may engage additional implementation support from their own team to help execute campaigns while maintaining strategic oversight and quality. Bloom utilizes Monday.com for project visibility, campaign documentation, and internal coordination.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Campaign Execution
- Develop digital advertising strategies aligned with Bloom’s client objectives and campaign goals.
- Plan, build, and manage paid campaigns across platforms, including Meta advertising (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Google Ad Grants, and other platforms as defined.
- Oversee audience targeting strategies, including custom audiences, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
- Implement paid media campaigns across search, display, Performance Max, and social advertising placements.
- Ensure campaigns support broader marketing strategies, including content, SEO, and brand positioning.
Performance Management & Optimization
- Establish performance benchmarks and key metrics aligned with campaign objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance regularly and adjust targeting, creative, and placements to improve results.
- Manage and optimize campaign budgets for efficiency and performance.
- Implement tracking tools, pixels, tags, and attribution frameworks to measure campaign success.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion pathways and lead generation.
Reporting & Strategic Insight
- Prepare performance reports summarizing campaign outcomes and key insights.
- Provide recorded campaign updates explaining performance, insights, and optimization strategies.
- Comfortable working within project management systems (Bloom uses Monday.com) to support project visibility, internal communication, campaign documentation, and time tracking. Willingness to learn and adapt to Bloom’s internal workflows within the platform is essential.
- Participate in short client-facing review meetings (typically 30 minutes) to answer questions and provide expert insight when needed.
- Meeting cadence may shift to quarterly reviews for mature campaigns, depending on client needs and campaign stability.
Bloom maintains responsibility for overall client relationship management and strategy direction, allowing the Digital Marketing Partner to focus primarily on campaign performance and digital expertise.
Platform & Campaign Management
- Set up and maintain advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Google Ad Grants, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
- Ensure accounts are structured for scalability, performance tracking, and optimization.
- Maintain platform compliance with advertising policies and best practices.
- Continuous monitoring to ensure active status in all ad accounts
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Stay informed on platform updates, advertising policies, and emerging digital marketing trends.
- Provide recommendations for improving campaign effectiveness, targeting strategies, and advertising performance.
- Identify opportunities where digital marketing could better support client growth.
Strategic Partnership & Scalability
This engagement is designed to grow alongside Bloom’s expanding client base.
The Digital Marketing Partner may support campaign execution personally or through members of their own team, ensuring consistent quality, performance, and responsiveness.

Compensation & Partnership Structure
Bloom Communications values long-term partnerships with experts who bring specialized capabilities to our clients.
As an independent strategic partner, compensation will be structured through mutually agreed campaign or project-based rates. Bloom and the Digital Marketing Partner will collaborate to establish pricing that supports both organizations while delivering strong value to clients.
This structure allows flexibility as campaigns evolve and ensures the partnership remains sustainable, scalable, and aligned with performance outcomes.
Required Expertise
- Demonstrated expertise in managing paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Google Ad Grants, Meta advertising platforms, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong knowledge of audience targeting, campaign optimization, and performance analytics.
- Experience managing multiple campaigns and advertising budgets simultaneously.
- Ability to translate campaign data into actionable insights and recommendations.
