Bloom Communications Recognized for CSR and Nonprofit Initiative

Communications Agency Named Among Finalists for PRNEWS CSR & Nonprofit Awards

AUSTIN, TEXAS (February 3, 2020) — Bloom Communications, a strategic marketing, public relations, and market research agency serving organizations making an impact in their communities, announced today it has been named a finalist for the PRNEWS CSR & Nonprofit Awards. The awards honor teams that have set new standards of excellence and are leading the way for others to follow. For more than 75 years, PRNEWS has supported the growth of communicators and marketers while serving as a source of the  latest news affecting their industries.

Bloom Communications was included among five finalists in the Media Relations category for a PR campaign conducted on behalf of AGE of Central Texas titled, Attitudes About Aging in Central Texas. Bloom drove brand awareness for AGE as a leading, regional nonprofit organization delivering services, education, and assistance supporting the area’s rapidly growing population of older adults and their caregivers. Bloom Communications’ strategic campaign included a foundation of research in which the agency polled 400 Central Texans on their perceptions of aging and caregiving.  Those results were unveiled through targeted media outreach and resulted in 60 media placements and 615,174+ audience impressions among Austin-metro consumer audiences.
